Introducing the WPL Grease Guzzler - a 21st century solution to an age old problem.
Installed in place of a greasetrap the wall mounted WPL Grease Guzzler ® active drain maintenance system employs patented biotechnology to degrade grease in commercial drains - no trap required.
Key benefits:
prevents drain blockages prevents odours improves hygiene digests grease, cooking oils and animal fats fully automatic (no staff maintenance required) highly economical totally safe and environmentally responsible wall mounted - taking up no valuable floor space The unit is installed within catering establishments throughout the united kingdom to provide clean free flowing kitchen drains. The Grease Guzzler is fully compliant with part H of the British Building Regulations as a stand alone system.
How the Grease Guzzler ® works
Usually once a day, at a regular and pre-programmed time the Grease Guzzler® activates, incubates and then releases a unique ACTIVE solution of grease digesting micro-organisms into the drainage line.
The Grease Guzzler® has no rival.
Key to the Grease Guzzler's ability is its unique patented preactivation process. The preactivation process involves the activation of a measure of S65 biological concentrate within the medium of water. Activation is achieved through heating of the solution, the heating process awakens and incubates the bacteria with the result being the generation of 2.75 litres of grease digesting solution within 5 hours of incubation.
The two benefits of pre-activation are:
1. a large volume of fluid is released into the drain each night - thus providing greater surface area coverage and a greater resilience to cleaning chemicals
2. the micro-organisms are in optimum grease degrading condition as soon as they enter the drainage system
S65 BioFluid - 'harnessing the power of nature'
S65 is the result of over six years research and development into biological grease management.
It comprises a harmless living medium comprising naturally occurring, non-pathogenic enzymes and micro-organisms.
